And so 2017-2018 comes to a close

Singers' Choice, our final concert of this year, was a resounding success.  As usual, members recommended several moving works including Prayer of the Children by Jurt Bestor, The Ground by Ola Gjeilo, and many old favorites; This Land Is Your Land, One Note Samba, and the current popular song, Africa by Paich and Porcaro.  Our final song of the evening, How Can I Keep From Singing, was accompanied by floutist, Ms. Karen Snead.  What a wonderful way to close the night and the year.  We hope you were there with us on this magical evening.

As we wrap up our eighth year, we want to thank you, our audience and supporters for making this a wonderful experience for all of us.  Your contributions of money and non-perishable food keep this organization going by helping us fulfill our mission of supporting worthwhile local charities.  As important, however, you appreciate our mission and our music.  Without you, it wouldn't be possible.  Please share your experience with your friends and invite them to come to the concerts. Even better, if you or someone you know loves to sing, contact us.  We would love to have you, and them, join us!  See the "About" page of this website for more information.
