If you've been paying attention, you know we are now the Lake Ridge Chorale. We have been working hard all summer to redefine and rebrand our group prepare for that transition.

As we enter this new season, and looking back on our past seven seasons, we have a better understanding of who we are and who our music serves.  It is only fitting that this new perspective is given a new name.  Hence - the Lake Ridge Chorale.

So who is the Lake Ridge Chorale.  As before, we continue to sing to support local charities.  The key word is "local."  The Donations you give stay in the community. 100% of your donations are shared with these charities.  As we support these local charities, it became obvious that we needed to be more closely identified with the community we support.  Plus our audiences and singers come primarily from this region.  Of course, we welcome those who do not live in Lake Ridge, but as our organization grows, the new name will serve as a reminder of our roots, our home.

This season our Creative Director, Terry Stackley, has chosen sophisticated, mature choral music.  Several pieces will include instrumentalists and solo vocalists.  Our mid-season concert in March will be a multi-media event that highlights celestial music with images of our universe taken by one of our members.  We are looking forward to that concert, we hope you will too.

Stop by often to see what we have in store.
