What a wonderous evening this was!  In addition to our excellent Choir, this impressive and powerful work was accompanied by three soloists and five instrumentalists.  The performance was called our best yet by several audience members.

Our Soprano Soloist, Jacqueline Quigley, is currently a member of the Arlington Chorale. With more than 20 years of experience as a musician, her love of music spans the period from the Renaissance to the Twenty-First Century.  Jacqueline has performed with the Celebration Singers during our presentation of Vivaldi's Gloria.

Our Tenor Soloist is a Junior at Woodbridge Senior High School.  He is a member of the Center for Fine and Performing arts vocal concentration. Thomas has participated in the Caselton Opera festival for four seasons and is ranked the number one tenor for the All State Choir.  He will be studying at the Washington Opera Institute this summer.

Our Bass Soloist is Matthew Duckery.  Matthew earned his Master's Degree in Vocal Performance from East Carolina University.  He has performed as a guest soloist at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in 2000 and the Hamptons Ministers' Conference and Organist Guild.  Currently the minister of Music at Charles Wesley United Methodist Church in McLean VA, he is also the Choir Director at our main performance venue, the Old Bridge United Methodist Church in Woodbridge, VA.

The concert was thrillingly supported by our instrumentalists, Kevin Allen on organ, Brian Schmidt on violin, Zoe Boston on violin, and Chris Abeel on cello. We thank all of you for helping bring this work to life.
